1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and aq77 ("aq77", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aq77.lat and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

aq77 is licensed and regulated to operate online casino and sports betting services in the Philippines in accordance with applicable Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations. By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or using any service offered by aq77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all use of the aq77 Platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the aq77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's aq77 account wallet, net of any pending transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by aq77 under a promotional offer that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, bingo, sports bet, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

If aq77 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and all deposited funds will be returned subject to verification of identity and source of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the aq77 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aq77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonus winnings, and withhold funds pending investigation in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — is accurate, current, and complete. Submitting false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure. aq77 may request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time to verify the accuracy of your account information.

3.4 Residency & Jurisdictional Restrictions

Access to and use of aq77 may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement. aq77 bears no liability for any consequences arising from accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

4. Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password combination ("Credentials") to access your aq77 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must not share your Credentials with any third party. aq77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

aq77 is required by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, upon deposit. This "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS/PhilHealth ID); (b) a utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address dated within 90 days; and (c) where applicable, verification of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your aq77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unvested bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. aq77 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or regulatory requirement.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aq77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), UnionBank, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, and over-the-counter payment via 7-Eleven. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on aq77 is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. aq77 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on accounts identified as requiring enhanced due diligence. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 4 to 6 hours of submission for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived therefrom can be converted into withdrawable funds. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic expiration and removal of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on all outcomes) to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting an error or loophole in a bonus offer; or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, aq77 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending full investigation.

7. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the aq77 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. aq77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games, and all live dealer games are conducted by qualified professional dealers under real-time streaming conditions. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or interruption during gameplay, the affected game round will be voided and your stake returned. aq77 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault. 8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the aq77 Platform:

2. Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to guarantee profit at the expense of other players or aq77;
3. Conduct, facilitate, or participate in any fraudulent transaction, including the use of stolen payment credentials or chargeback fraud;
4. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any aq77 software;
5. Publish, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from aq77;
6. Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for commercial gain or as a business activity;
7. Register or operate an account if you are a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an aq77 employee;
8. Engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable toward aq77 staff, other players, or third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aq77 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, game assets, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of aq77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Philippine Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of this Agreement or your use of the Platform. Any unauthorised use of aq77's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

aq77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. aq77 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. 12. Limitation of Liability

aq77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aq77 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to aq77's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, under the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment upon any arbitration award may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Amendments to These Terms

aq77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aq77 will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 4.3 above.
